Fifteen US jurisdictions restrict magazine capacity, most of them at ten rounds. The list moves — court decisions and legislative sessions change it every year — so this page is a snapshot, and the state restrictions page is the living version.
How the bag handles it
Every magazine in our catalog carries a capacity attribute. At checkout, the destination state is compared against the restricted list; if a magazine in your order exceeds the limit for that state, checkout stops and tells you which item and why. Where a 10-round version of the same magazine exists, you are offered it.
What we will not do
We will not ship a standard-capacity magazine into a restricted state, even on request, and we will not relabel or “disassemble” to get around it. We will cancel and refund instead.
Check before you order
Every magazine product page has a state check: pick your state and see the answer before anything goes in the bag. It takes five seconds and saves a cancelled order.
