Most accessory brands are design shops that buy molding. We are a factory that designs. The difference shows up in revision speed: when a field report comes back, the tooling is down the hall.

Molding

Glass-reinforced polymer arrives as pellets and leaves as handguards, magazines, grips and holster bodies. In-house tooling means a geometry change takes weeks, not quarters — and nobody else’s schedule decides when our fix ships.

Machining and anodizing

Aluminum parts — free-float rails, riser mounts, QD hardware — are cut from 6061-T6 and anodized under the same roof. The finish you see on an OTS® rail was applied in the building where the rail was cut.

Traceability

Every part carries the batch it was born in. When a unit reports a problem, we can find the tooling revision, the material lot and the test record that batch went through. That log is why the field record on a product page is a real document, not a marketing line.
