Warranty
Every IMI Defense™ product sold by IMI Defense™ USA is covered against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a part fails because of how it was made, we replace it.
Defects in material and workmanship under normal use: cracked polymer, failed anodizing, broken springs and detents, hardware that will not hold torque as designed.
Normal wear, cosmetic marks from use, damage from modification, improper installation, abuse or use with parts the product was not designed for. Finish colour may vary between production runs.
Order number, product and a couple of photos are enough to begin.
