Engineered specifically for factory Glock 43X and Glock 48 magazines, this lightweight reinforced polymer extension adds two additional rounds while maintaining a streamlined profile for everyday carry, range, and defensive applications.

Constructed from highly durable space-grade polymer, the extension is built to withstand harsh conditions including impact, chemicals, heat, cold, and UV exposure. The extended base also improves grip ergonomics by providing additional surface area for enhanced handling and reload control.

Installation is fast and straightforward — simply remove the factory base plate and install the IMI Defense™ +2 Extension with the included magazine insert plate. No spring replacement or gunsmithing is required.

Designed exclusively for Glock 43X and Glock 48 magazines. Not compatible with Glock 43 or Glock 42 models.
